      Order Cancellation
      1. If your order is eligible for cancellation, a ‘cancel order’ button will be available till the order is Delivered. Click this button to initiate cancellation of your order. You will be notified regarding status of your cancellation request via Email/SMS/Whatsapp. Visit www.realmercury.in to lookup/cancel your order.
      2. Customer should contact their issuer bank if the order cancelled was placed on EMI. Any interest or Closure fees assessed on EMI cancellation will not be borne by Samsung.
      3. Any new transaction will be subject to applicable terms and conditions and offers running at that time.
      4. In a rare case if a cancelled order is still delivered, please raise a return request within 24 hours at online – help. Return will be taken only if product is not activated and not used and with the Brand Seal intact.
      5. It may take up to 7-10 days for refund credit to reflect into your account after the refund is initiated by Samsung
  2. How and when can I return a product?
    • Products purchased on Realmercury.in can be returned under the following conditions:
      1. Damaged Product Received.
      2. Product delivered not as per order or described on our website
      3. Technical Defect in the product.

      • Damaged Product Received or Product delivered not as per order/described on our website/AppConsumer Electronics and Household appliances
         
        1. Please open the packaging only in the presence of the Realmercury installation Engineer. Installation request can be raised by calling 1800-270-9874
        2. In order to be eligible for damaged/missing/product not as described claims, the installation must be done by Realmercury engineer within 72 hours of product delivery.
        3. In case of any damage/mismatch, initiate a request within 48 hours of product installation from your realmercury.in. describing the issue and upload supporting images of the product and service engineer report (Clearly mentioning the issue). Images should clearly show the Product Model Code, Serial number, Brand Box and Outer packaging. Also tell the engineer to re-pack the product once the required photos are clicked
        4. Un-boxing of product in the absence of installation representative or without consent of Realmercury will result in refusal of claims for damaged product. Also external damage/defect claims will be not accepted if you starts using a product.
        5. Your claim will be approved subject to its authenticity within 7 days. Upon confirmation of claim approval by Realmercury, keep the product ready for return pickup. Please return the product in its original packaging with all inbox accessories provided.
        6. Order will be refunded post successful reverse pick up.
        Technical Defect in the productConsumer Electronics and Household appliances
         
        1. Please open the packaging only in the presence of the Realmercury installation Engineer. Installation request can be raised by calling 1800-2-709874.
        2. In order to be eligible for defective product claims, the installation must be done by Realmercury service center engineer.
        3. In case of such product performance issues, initiate a request within 28 days of invoicing from your Realmercury.in describing the issue and upload supporting images of the product and service center report. Images should clearly show the Product Model Code, Serial number, Brand Box and Outer packaging. Also tell the engineer to re-pack the product once the required photos are clicked.
        4. A Realmercury Service Center representative will be assigned to your case and will further assist you with product repairs.
  3. How long will it take for me to receive a refund?
    • Post successful cancellation/return of order a refund will be processed within 7 – 10 business days into original instrument of payment used while ordering.
  4. Who pays for delivery fee when I return my product?
    • Shipping and handling fees of returned item is paid by seller if the return is due to the seller error (defective item/incorrect delivery).
  5. Will I be eligible to again avail an offer/coupon which was applied with cancelled order?
    • If the order which has been cancelled was placed at a special discount, under cash back, upgrade or any other offer, same offer benefit may only be availed on a new transaction if:
      1. The offer is still running and the new transaction satisfies all conditions as per offer T&Cs
      2. The refund of the cancelled order has been processed and is reflecting in the original mode of payment
  6. Instead of cancelling, can I change my order?
    • Select product are eligible for change. You will find an option to edit an order item from your realmercury.in account if your order is eligible for change.Alternatively, you may cancel your order, and then place a new order.
